The community entry visit to Okunigho Community was conducted as an initial step towards building a meaningful relationship with community members and understanding the realities, priorities and concerns of the people.

The visit provided an opportunity to formally introduce the project and its objectives to community leaders, representatives, women, young people and other relevant stakeholders. It also created a platform for open discussions, allowing community members to share their experiences, concerns and expectations.

A key focus of the visit was to ensure that the community understood the purpose of the engagement and had the opportunity to participate in shaping subsequent activities. The team listened to community perspectives and began identifying key issues that may require further assessment, documentation or intervention.
